NP-6113 Series Fanless Automation PC Features
The NP-6113 Series is a family of fanless Automation PCs designed for control cabinet integration with Intel® Celeron® J6412, Intel® Processor N97, and Intel® Core™ i3-N305 platform options. The standard configuration provides 2 x Intel GbE PoE LAN, 1 x Intel GbE LAN, 1 x RS232/485, 1 x RS232, 2 x USB3.0, 2 x USB2.0, onboard USB dongle support, mSATA storage, and 2 x full-size mini PCIe slots with SIM card holder for Wi-Fi, 3G/4G, or CAN expansion. Depending on model, the series adds 16 x DI and 16 x DO, 8 x DI and 8 x DO, 2 x CAN2.0 A/B, 4 x CAN2.0 A/B, extra Intel GbE LAN ports, or 4-channel PWM light control with external trigger input and additional RS485. The series uses a fanless aluminum-magnesium alloy chassis, supports VGA and HDMI display output, offers wall-mounted or DIN-rail installation, and operates from DC 12-24V input with protection features.

The NP-6113 Series is suitable for machine control, motion control, robot control, machine vision inspection, production line control, PLC replacement, industrial gateways, and edge data acquisition where fanless automation PCs with flexible I/O and network expansion are required. Models with PoE LAN and light control are well suited for industrial camera integration and vision-guided automation, while DIO, CAN, and extended LAN variants support robotic cells, assembly equipment, AGV or AMR subsystems, and control cabinet systems that need stable industrial connectivity, compact installation, and long-term operation.
