Industrial 3.5 inch SBC NK-6xxx Series Features
The NK-6xxx series is a family of embedded industrial motherboards in the 146 x 102 mm 3.5 inch SBC form factor, covering Intel® Celeron® J1900, Intel® Celeron® J6412, Intel® Core™ N97, Intel® Core™ i3-N305, and Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7 U-series platforms. Depending on model, the series supports up to 32GB DDR3L, DDR4, or DDR5 memory, dual or quad GbE, 1 x RS232/485, 1 x RS232, 4 x TTL, USB 3.0 or USB 3.2 plus USB 2.0, and display combinations including VGA, HDMI, DP, LVDS, and eDP with dual-display or tri-display support. Storage and expansion options vary by model and may include SATA, M.2-2242, M.2-2280, M.2-3042, Mini-PCIe, M.2 Key E, and wireless-ready Nano-SIM support for Wi-Fi, 4G, or 5G integration. The series is designed for embedded system integration with watchdog support, GPIO, internal headers, operating temperature support as high as -20°C to 65°C on selected models, and wide-range power input of 12~24V DC or 9~36V DC.

The NK-6xxx series is suitable for embedded control, OEM machine design, compact controller platforms, industrial gateway systems, and custom industrial computing platforms where a small embedded motherboard with serial I/O, LAN connectivity, and flexible expansion is required. Models with dual-display or tri-display support are well suited for embedded HMI back ends, digital signage controllers, and edge devices with local display output, while quad-LAN and wireless-ready configurations fit industrial IoT gateways, machine networking nodes, robotics subsystems, AGV or AMR communication platforms, and field data acquisition systems. With compact dimensions, onboard COM and TTL interfaces, M.2 and Mini-PCIe expansion, and wide DC input, the series also fits kiosks, self-service terminals, transportation systems, and other space-constrained industrial embedded designs.
