The iPAC Industrial Automation PC Controllers series is a family of DIN-rail industrial automation controllers built around both Intel® x86 and ARM platforms, including Intel® Celeron N97, Intel® Core™ 6th/7th/8th Gen, Intel® Core™ 12th/13th Gen, and ARM Cortex™-A53 based configurations. Depending on model, the series provides 2 or 5 LAN ports, 1 x EtherCAT interface, 2 x RS-485 and 2 x RS-232 on the x86 models or 1 x RS-485 with 8 DI and 8 DO on the ARM model, along with USB 3.0/2.0 or USB Type-C connectivity. Storage and expansion options include M.2 SATA, full-size Mini PCIe with SIM card holder, E-BUS modular I/O expansion, and optional wireless modules, while the hardware platform also includes HDMI and DP display outputs on the x86 models, programmable LEDs, watchdog support, super capacitor UPS support on selected models, DC 24V input with protection, compact fanless construction, DIN-rail mounting, and operating temperature support from -20°C to 60°C.
The iPAC Industrial Automation PC Controllers series is suitable for soft PLC control, PLC replacement, machine control, motion control, robotics, automated production lines, packaging systems, process automation, and industrial data acquisition.
