IPC-615H Series | 4U Rackmount Industrial PCs with PCIe/PCI Expansion
The IPC-615H Series combines a rugged all-steel 4U rackmount chassis with processor platforms ranging from Intel® 6th through 14th Gen Celeron®, Pentium®, and Core™ processors. Available chipset configurations include Intel® C236, H110, Z390, Q170, H420E, Q470, H610, and Q670, allowing system integrators to select the performance and expansion architecture required by each application. Depending on model, the series provides up to five PCIe expansion slots plus multiple legacy PCI slots, including PCIe x16 interfaces for compatible GPUs, frame grabbers, high-speed DAQ cards, motion controllers, communication boards, and other application-specific hardware. Newer H610 and Q670 models add PCIe Gen4 connectivity for higher-bandwidth applications. The series also provides DDR4 memory, VGA/HDMI/DisplayPort with dual- or triple-display configurations, dual Gigabit Ethernet on most models, multiple RS232/RS485 serial ports, USB connectivity, and flexible M.2, mSATA, and SATA storage. RAID capability may be implemented on supported configurations according to the final system and storage setup.

The IPC-615H Series is designed for factory automation, machine control, machine vision inspection, AI-assisted visual inspection, multi-camera vision, industrial data acquisition, automated test equipment, motion control, robotics, CNC and laser machine control, SCADA, production monitoring, and industrial edge computing. Extensive PCIe expansion enables integration of compatible frame grabbers, GPUs, AI accelerators, DAQ cards, EtherCAT or other fieldbus interfaces, motion-control boards, and specialized communication hardware, while legacy PCI slots on selected configurations support modernization of existing industrial systems without replacing proprietary PCI cards. The 4U rackmount form factor makes the IPC-615H particularly suitable for industrial control cabinets, equipment racks, machine-control centers, production test stations, vision-system racks, and centralized factory computing installations.
